  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order confirmation does not guarantee immediate shipment.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship through third-party courier partners.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Domestic Shipping: 7–10 business days

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Diara shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Natural disasters or force majeure events


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

For international orders, customers are solely responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or additional governmental fees

Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or abandoned. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • No refund will be issued for orders lost due to incorrect address details.


6. Risk of Loss

All purchases from Diara are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier service.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after dispatch.

  • Delivery confirmation disputes once marked as delivered by the carrier.


7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a visibly damaged package:

  • You must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the package and product.

Failure to report within the stated timeframe will result in rejection of the claim.

Replacement decisions are made solely at the discretion of Diara.
